ROLFLEX® ZB 7 by Lamberti is an anionic, water-based, polyester-based polyurethane dispersion with very high compatibility with fillers and electrolytes such as pigments and flame retardants. It exhibits softness and flexibility, fast drying properties and good adhesion on soft substrates.
  • It is suitable for use in textile coating and synthetic materials manufacturing formulations.
  • It is used in textile coating formulations to confer softness, flexibility and a pleasant touch (applicable up to 800 g/kg) and in textile printing formulations for elastic pastes (up to 500 g/kg).
  • It is also used in manufacturing synthetic material articles by transfer coating for shrink and foamed layers, as a binder for wet lamination, in preparing stable, flexible mechanical foams for blackout curtains and advertisement panels.
  • It is possible to obtain a stable and homogeneous foam by adding specific additives such as foam generators and stabilizers like ammonium stearate.
  • It is suggested to increase the fastness of the product by adding a polyisocyanate or carbodiimide.
  • ROLFLEX® ZB 7 has a shelf life of 12 months.
