ROLFLEX® HS 18 by Lamberti is an anionic, fast-drying, solvent-free, waterborne polyurethane dispersion. It exhibits high hydrolysis resistance and high compatibility with fillers and electrolytes such as pigments and flame retardants. It provides excellent mechanical resistance, high resilience and flexibility even after foaming.
- It is used in textile coating formulations for technical articles and sportwear to provide high breathability, water-column and pleasant touch.
- It is suitable for manufacturing of synthetic materials articles by transfer coating, for top, skin and foamed layers.
- It is also used in the preparation of stable and flexible mechanical foams for black-out curtains, advertisement panels and synthetic materials.
- It is recommended to add a polyisocyanate or carbodiimide in order to increase the fastness of the product.
- ROLFLEX® HS 18 has a shelf life of 12 months.
