Trisodium Citrate Dihydrate by Jungbunzlauer acts as a pH regulator. It chelates metal ions and buffers pH in paints, coatings and inks applications. It is a tribasic salt of citric acid, produced by complete neutralization with high purity sodium hydroxide or carbonate and subsequent crystallization.
  • It occurs as white, granular crystals or as white, crystalline powder with a pleasant, salty taste.
  • It is slightly deliquescent in moist air, freely soluble in water and practically insoluble in ethanol.
  • Trisodium Citrate Dihydrate is a non-toxic, neutral salt with low reactivity.
