CHEMK UV-5151

CHEMK UV-5151 by Jiangsu Chemk is a liquid compound light stabilizer blend combining a hydrophilic 2-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-benzotriazole UV absorber (UVA) with a basic hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS). It is developed to meet high durability and cost/performance requirements in both exterior waterborne and solvent-borne industrial and decorative coatings.

• The synergistic combination offers broad UV absorbance and superior protection against gloss reduction, cracking, blistering, delamination, and color change, providing full substrate protection.
• Offers excellent thermal stability and environmental durability, making it suitable for high-temperature baking systems and industrial coatings under harsh conditions.
• Suitable for wood coatings especially alkyd varnishes, coloring primer, plastic, metal, one-component or two-component polyurethane, wood varnish, wood anti-mildew primer, industrial baking paint (PVC plastic paint and polyester coil steel paint and general high temperature baking metal paint).
• It is ideal for clear and light pigmented systems, including thermoplastics (acrylics, vinylics), 1K & 2K PUR (acrylic/NCO, PES/NCO), and waterborne systems (acrylic, PUD, 2K-PUR).
