Thetawet™ FS-8100

Thetawet™ FS-8100 by Innovative Chemical Technologies is a sparingly water soluble, low foaming, concentrated, non-ionic fluorosurfactant ideal for use in water-sensitive systems, 100% solids or high solids application. It acts as excellent wetting and leveling agent for aqueous solution and emulsion wetting of difficult to wet surfaces (plastics, oily substrates, waxy surfaces). Provides exceptional surface tension reduction to 18 dynes/cm. It shows compatibility with all surfactant types, effective in high or low pH, hard or soft water. It performs well and is stable in severe chemical and thermal environments (concentrated acids, bases and oxidizing solutions). Offers narrow-range ethoxylation for high consistency in critical use concentrations such as ink jet medias. It is used in floor finishes, sealers, paints and coatings. It is based on short-chain fluorochemical technology which meets the goal of the US EPA 2010/2015 PFOA Stewardship Program. Recommended dosage level of Thetawet™ FS-8100 is 0.001-0.05%. It has a shelf life of 3 years.
