Thetaguard™ HS-3035

Thetaguard™ HS-3035 by Innovative Chemical Technologies is a partially fluorinated product specifically designed to provide exceptional oil, alcohol, and water repellency on stone, masonry, and fine stone and concrete of all types. Provides exceptional protection for hard surfaces with little or no change in appearance and excellent hold-out performance resisting soils, stains, chemical degradation and efflorescence. It is water-based, non-VOC product with vapor permeability for reduced cracking, spalling, freeze/thaw damage. Exhibits UV resistance for increased coating life. It is non-acidic for safe use on surfaces that will etch such as polished limestone & marble and also physically and chemically bonds to substrates. It cannot be spray applied. It is designed for OEM and aftermarket, ambient cure application to hard surfaces. It is based on short-chain fluorochemical technology which meets the goal of the US EPA 2010/2015 PFOA Stewardship Program. Thetaguard™ HS-3035 has a shelf life of 12 months.
