Thetaguard™ HS-3020

Thetaguard™ HS-3020 by Innovative Chemical Technologies is an anionic, water-based, ambient cure oil and water repellent used to create vapor permeable, penetrating sealers & protectors for hard surfaces, especially grouts and mortars. Provides excellent hold-out performance and readily disperses in water or water/co-solvent to produce low VOC products. It provides stain resistance on many stone surfaces such as marble, granite, limestone, saltillo, travertine, quartz, terrazzo, clay tile, concrete and masonry. It can be spray applied with low-pressure trigger spray. It is a partially fluorinated grade which exhibits UV resistance for increased coating life. It is based on short-chain fluorochemical technology which meets the goal of the US EPA 2010/2015 PFOA Stewardship Program. Thetaguard™ HS-3020 has a shelf life of 12 months.
