Thetaguard™ HS-3012

Thetaguard™ HS-3012 by Innovative Chemical Technologies is an anionic, ambient cure oil and water repellent for stone surface protection. This low VOC, water-based product offers excellent water beading. It provides stain resistance on many stone surfaces such as marble, granite, limestone, saltillo, travertine, quartz, terrazzo, clay tile, concrete and masonry. It can be spray applied with low-pressure trigger spray. It is a partially fluorinated grade which shows vapor permeability for reduced cracking, spalling, freeze/thaw damage. It is based on short-chain fluorochemical technology which meets the goal of the US EPA 2010/2015 PFOA Stewardship Program. Thetaguard™ HS-3012 has a shelf life of 12 months.
