Flexiwet™ CZ-1240K by Innovative Chemical Technologies is a non-fluorinated surfactant mixture that provides powerful wetting & leveling performance as well as anti-blocking. It offers reduced surface tension, improved open time and smoother, defect free coatings.
- It does not impart color or change the optical properties of a coating (beyond potential gloss or DOI).
- It is excellent for wetting difficult-to-wet substrates.
- It has surface diffusion properties which deliver block resistance.
- It can be incorporated during the letdown phase of production or post-added to the final formulation.
- The recommended dosage level is 0.2 to 2.0 wt%.
- It is used in coatings, paints, polishes and lacquers.
- Flexiwet™ CZ-1240K has a shelf life of 12 months.
