Flexipel™ HR-C400 by Innovative Chemical Technologies is a cationic, non-fluorinated water repellent for treatment of fabrics and upholstery including substrates of cotton, polyester and cotton/polyester blends. It has bio-based content and provides spray rating. It may be used for heat cure applications or ambient cure. It is suitable for soft surface coating applications. Flexipel™ HR-C400 may contain upto 3% VOC content based on the EPA defination in 40 CFR 51.100. It has a shelf life of 12 months.
