AltaPrint™ 246 by Ingevity is phenol- and formaldehyde-free rosin-based resin. It exhibits high viscosity and good solubility for controlling elasticity, transfer and set time. AltaPrint™ 246 possesses good gel reactivity which allows use of less hydrocarbon resin for low tack coldset and heatset inks.
