TARGON® G 3 by ICL is a secondary retarder based on condensed phosphates with anticaking agent. It is a free-flowing powder, even at high humidity. In formulations with an alkaline pH value, it works with tartaric acid. In formulations with a neutral pH, it works with citric acid.
- It helps to achieve constant setting, prolong working time, and improve the finish treating qualities.
- It shows dispersing effect on the solid content of the plaster.
- The recommended dosage level is 0.05-0.3%, related to bonding agent.
- TARGON® G 3 has a shelf life of 2 years.
