LOPON® E 81 by ICL is a mineral oil- & silicone-free defoamer. It is a cost-effective, low-VOC, very low settling, highly efficient grade which is based on bio-renewable natural rapeseed oil. It provides good processing properties of paints & plasters and shows good compatibility with different types of binders.
- It offers good long-term effect with no negative influence on storage stability of end product.
- It is suitable for universal use in water-based paints and is stable in alkaline systems.
- LOPON® E 81 is designed for interior and exterior emulsion paints & emulsion silicate paints.
- The recommended dosage level is 0.1-0.5% related to formula.
- It conforms with Ecolabel, BfR XIV and FDA.
- The shelf life of the product is 2 years.
