HALOX® 515 LFG by ICL is a low-freeze grade liquid organic corrosion inhibitor for high gloss (direct to metal) coating systems. It provides cost-effective flash rust protections and long-term corrosion protection when used as recommended.
- It is also effective for thin film applications.
- Recommended dosage level is 1-3% based on total formula weight.
- It can easily and effectively be post added or added in the letdown stage of any coating system, however, as with any additive, compatibility should be checked prior to use.
- It is heavy metal- & nitrite-free grade and contains no chromates or phosphates.
- It has a shelf life of 24 months.
