Pureflon™ M-01S by Hangzhou Fine Fluorotech is a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). It is a micron-sized white powder with a low molecular weight. It can also be used as a release agent and is dispersible in organic solvents.
- It improves wear resistance and prevents surface scratching.
- It is compatible with polyamide (PA), polyoxymethylene (POM), polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), polycarbonate/acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (PC/ABS) and high impact polystyrene (HIPS).
- It can increase slip properties and reduce noise and adhesion.
- Pureflon™ M-01S is used in paints to enhance scratch and rub resistance.
- It is suitable for electrostatic coating and anti-corrosion applications.
