LUDOX® AM X6021 by Grace is colloidal silica. Used as a filler. It contains synthetic amorphous silica of nominal 12 nanometer particle size. The aqueous colloidal dispersion contains 30% silica and is formulated to give broader pH stability than standard alkali stabilized grades. LUDOX® AM X6021 can be incorporated at neutral or slightly acid pH to yield stable formulations. It exhibits broad pH stability, high binding strength and excellent stability in most applications. suitable for use in coating applications. It has a shelf life of 12 months.
