Opacity Pigment™ FP-460 by FP-Pigments is a high performance white opacifier. It is designed to provide optimal optical properties enabling partial replacement of TiO2 in paints. It is recommended for paints below cPVC (silk, satin, semigloss & flat paints), and for paints above cPVC with TiO2 content above 5% (high quality matt- and one coat matt paints).
  • It has a unique engineered structure which incorporates multiple scattering techniques, allowing the formulator to greatly improve TiO2 efficiency without any compromise in coating performance.
  • It helps to significantly reduce costs while maintaining film properties such as scrub resistance.
  • Opacity Pigment™ FP-460 is suitable for water-based industrial coatings for both interior and exterior applications.
  • It is also used in paints above cPVC with TiO2 content below 5% such as matt paints, primers, undercoats and distempers.
  • It is fully REACH compliant.
