Hydrogenated rosin. It is gum rosin that has been hydrogenated to a high degree to offer superior thermal and oxidative stability. It is a very light pale colored resin. Compared to other partially hydrogenated rosins, it offers the highest degree of color and solubility stability for its derivative products produced. It is used in solvent based coatings.
