TEGO® Foamex 2 by Evonik is an emulsion of a polyether siloxane copolymer, containing fumed silica. Acts as a highly efficient defoamer. Due to high compatibility, it is suitable for high-gloss formulations. Suitable for ecolabel compliant formulations, brush application/roller application and airless spraying. Used in architectural paints and floor coatings. Recommended dosage level of TEGO® Foamex 2 is 0.1-1.0%. It has a shelf life of 12 months.
