ANCAMIDE® 2864 by Evonik is a next generation modified polyamide curing agent. This grade is intended to be used in epoxy coatings for high performance, corrosion resistant coatings. It exhibits low viscosity, fast through-cure with good blush resistance at both ambient and low temperature condition (5°C).
- It possesses fast mechanical property development.
- ANCAMIDE® 2864 is designed for use in marine, protective and high solids coating applications.
- It can be stored for at least 24 months from the date of manufacture.
- The recommended use level with bisphenol-A based epoxy resin (EEW=190) is 65 phr.
- It is supplied in benzyl alcohol.
