AIRASE® 5600 Defoamer

AIRASE® 5600 Defoamer by Evonik is solvent-, and alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APE)-free structured siloxane defoamer. It is suitable for a wide range of water-based applications. It contributes zero VOC and improved pH stability. It is a slightly hazy, low odor, and low viscosity liquid that provides an excellent balance of effective defoaming and film compatibility. It can be incorporated in the let-down of a coating or ink. Used in spray and roll coat applied coatings, primers, printing inks, satin-gloss paints, wood coatings and clear coats. The recommended usage level of AIRASE® 5600 Defoamer is 0.1-5%.
