NUOSPERSE® FN 211 by Elementis acts as a wetting agent and dispersing agent. It is APEO-free, non-ionic, low-VOC and has low odor. It improves the storage stability of the paint, including freeze/thaw. It is composed of a non-ionic surfactant with polyether segments and a hydrophobic backbone.
- It optimizes color development, reduces flocculation and allows highest pigment loading.
- NUOSPERSE® FN 211 is used in waterborne coating formulations and emulsion paints.
- The recommended dosage is 0.2-1.0% on the total weight for emulsion paints and 15% on the total weight for pigment dispersions.
- It has a shelf life of 3 years.
