Dapro® DF 7015

Dapro® DF 7015 by Elementis is a defoamer for water-based systems with very good emulsifying properties. It is an ultra-fine dispersion of wax in mineral oil. The product is specially recommended for systems with poor emulsifying properties such as pigment dispersions, industrial coatings, colorants and dispersions with low surfactant addition.

• It is easy emulsifiable in aqueous systems, resulting in a homogeneous and uniform distribution.
• As a consequence the risks for surface defects such as cratering or matting are minimized, also very efficient to combat micro-foam.
• Dapro® DF 7015 has excellent stability properties and is based on oil/wax components with a silicone addition.
• The recommended use level is 0.2-0.5% calculated on the total quality of paint system.
• It has a shelf life of 1 year from the date of manufacture.
