Dapro® DF 52 by Elementis is a mineral oil-free defoamer. It is a dispersible blend of esters, hydrophobic silica and emulsifiers. It provides rapid bubble break and excellent persistence. Recommended for formulating architectural coatings and printing inks. It is particularly suitable in systems where mineral oils are unacceptable. The typical usage level is 0.3-1.0% based on total weight. The shelf life of Dapro® DF 52 is 2 years.
