Dapro® BIO 9910 by Elementis is a bio-based defoamer for universal water-based coatings. It is based on vegetable oil/wax components with a small amount of special silicone. It can be used as a sustainable alternative to mineral oil/ petroleum-based conventional defoamer.
  • It shows excellent compatibility, effective & fast defoaming performance and very good long-term efficiency
  • It can be used in both pigmented and non-pigmented systems.
  • It exhibits excellent storage stability due to its unique production process.
  • It is suitable for waterborne chemistries such as acrylic, styrene-acrylic & vinyl-polymer.
  • It is especially designed for coatings in architectural, industrial and wood segment.
  • Recommended dosage is 0.2-0.5% depending on the total quantity of the paint system.
  • Dapro® BIO 9910 has a shelf life of 18 months.
