Eastman Tetrashield™ MP2104

Eastman Tetrashield™ MP2104 by Eastman is a polyester resin that enhances the performance of Bisphenol A non-intent (BPA-NI) metal packaging coatings. It shows retort/blush-, and chemical resistance. It offers gold phenolic compatibility. It is used in ends, caps and closures, and general line applications to improve coating performance in these applications as well as to formulate high solids coating formulations. It provides superior functionality for gold phenolic coatings with broad formulation latitude. Eastman Tetrashield™ MP2104 is suitable for food can internal & external coatings, packaging component and beverage can external and internal coatings.
