WS 58152 Phthalo Blue by Eagle Specialty Products is a VOC-free, liquid organic pigment dispersion concentrate and premium colorant. It contains 100% prime pigments with no fillers. It is compatible with both waterborne and solvent borne systems. It is used in tinting and masstone applications.
