Hypalon® 20 by DuPont is a chlorosulfonated polyethylene synthetic rubber with good low-temperature flexibility. Used in a variety of protective and decorative coatings. Contains low levels of carbon tetrachloride and chloroform. Provides high resistance to deteriorating effects of ozone, oxygen, weather, heat, oil and chemicals. Hypalon® 20 offers good mechanical properties (high tensile strength and abrasion resistance) when compounded.
