DOWANOL™ PMA by Dow is propylene glycol methyl ether acetate. It is an excellent solvent choice for urethanes and other proton-sensitive systems. It sets a performance standard in high solids, solvent-borne systems. It is free of BSE and GMO.
  • It offers high dilution ratio, viscosity reduction and moderate evaporation.
  • It provides excellent active solvency for a very wide range of resin types, including acrylics, epoxies, alkyds, and polyesters.
  • It is applicable for protective-, powder-, coil-, marine- and automotive coatings and general industrial finishing.
  • DOWANOL™ PMA is used in solder resist inks, silk screen printing inks and inkjet.
  • It is REACH, TSCA and RoHS compliant.
