ACRYSOL™ RM-895 by Dow is a hydrophobically modified ethylene oxide urethane (HEUR) rheology modifier that utilizes ACID SUPPRESSION™ technology. It is a mid-shear viscosity rheology modifier offers improved performance in viscosity stability upon tinting and excellent sag- and spatter resistance. It offers low-viscosity, excellent flow and leveling and gloss development.
- It is free of BSE, GMO, APEO and solvents.
- It has broad formulation latitude, ease of handling and used over a wide pH range.
- It has excellent KU efficiency in acrylic and styrene/acrylic systems.
- ACRYSOL™ RM-895 is suitable for low odor and low VOC applications.
