Doversperse® 3-NR by Dover Chemical (ICC Industries) is aqueous emulsion of liquid chlorinated paraffin. Provides flame retardancy, improves adhesion, imparts chemical and water resistance, and allows the user to formulate aqueous rather than solvent based systems. It is useful in both anionic and cationic emulsion systems. Used in inks, rubber, paper and fabric coatings.
