DL-75 by Dongsen Chemicals is a two-component (2K) solvent-based, low free TDI adduct polyisocyanate curing agent and PU hardener produced by the thin film process. It possesses high gloss, good hardness, transparency, chemical resistance and stable storage.
- It offers water-white clarity and avoids yellow shift on oak, ash, beech and maple substrates.
- It is used in high-end wood furniture coatings, automotive OEM and refinish systems, high-gloss topcoats and PU environmentally friendly decoration topcoats.
- It shows good compatibility with ester, ketone and ether ester solvents, limited solubility in aromatic solvents, and is insoluble in aliphatic solvents.
- DL-75 has a shelf life of 9 months.
