VYLON® 240

VYLON® 240 distributed by DKSH is highly polymerized and amorphous copolyester resin. It has high molecular weight and high glass transition temperature. It exhibits weather and corrosion resistance, inorganic pigment dispersing ability, formability and bending ability. It shows good adhesion on PET (polyethylene terephthalate), metals, polyester films and PVC (polyvinyl chloride) films.

• It is cross-linked with melamine, isocyanates, epoxies when tough and durable coating layer is required.
• It offers excellent dispersability of inorganic pigments.
• It is used in inks, coil-, can-, magnetic-, and PCM (precoated metal) coatings.
