RHOPLEX™ WL-91

RHOPLEX™ WL-91 distributed by DKSH is a thermoplastic acrylic-styrene copolymer. It shows high gloss and good stability when formulated with anti-corrosive pigments.

• It provides comparable performance yet lower cost than most aqueous acrylic-urethane systems.
• It has self-thickening property, sometimes eliminates the need for additional rheology modifiers.
• It is recommended for use in fast-drying metal primers and direct-to-metal (DTM) finishes over untreated and treated metals with oil and good film toughness.
• It facilitates easy formulation of coatings with an attractive appearance, freeze-thaw stability, excellent chemical-, corrosion and solvent resistance, hardness and adhesion.
• It is designed for waterborne clear and pigmented industrial coatings & finishes for metal, concrete, plastic and wood substrates.
• It is suitable for both ambient and forced dry industrial primers and lacquers.
