POLYVEST® 110 distributed by DKSH is a highly reactive binder. It is an apolar, hydrophobic hydrocarbon resin. It is a non-functionalized, stereospecific, low viscous and unsaponifiable liquid polybutadiene grade. It has a high content of 1,4-cis double bonds including 1,4-cis double bonds (approx. 75%), 1,4-trans double bonds (approx. 24%), and 1,2-vinyl double bonds (approx. 1%).
  • It exhibits high electrical insulation properties as well as high chemical-, water- & cold resistance.
  • It shows good solubility in aliphatics, aromatics and ethers.
  • It offers good compatibility with alkyd resins, hydrocarbon resins, rosin resins and zinc resonates.
  • It is suitable for offset printing inks, anodic dip coatings and oxidative drying lacquers.
  • It is also used in chlorinated rubber synthesis and polyurethane foams.
  • It has a shelf life of one year.
  • POLYVEST® 110 is available in Canada.
