NUOSPERSE® 657 RD

NUOSPERSE® 657 RD distributed by DKSH is a wetting and dispersing agent. It offers improved stability, shorter grinding time, good coloring and covering properties and low viscosity of the grinding paste resulting in a greater capacity. It possesses amphoteric character which is effective for acidic, neutral and basic pigments.

• It provides high pigment loading of the pigment paste without increased viscosity.
• It exhibits greater opacity and whiteness of the titanium dioxide pigments, and shows no effect on heat stability of the average vinyl compound.
• It does not influence the gloss and adhesion of the paint unfavorably.
• It is recommended for pigments applied to all solvent-based paint systems.
• It is used for air-drying alkyd paints, alkyd-melamine baking enamels, acrylic enamels and industrial primers.
• It is suitable for can, coil, and industrial coatings.
• It can be applied at a concentration of 0.5-2.5% calculated on the pigment paste.
• NUOSPERSE® 657 RD has a shelf life of 3 years from the date of manufacture.
