MINEX® ST OV100 10 distributed by DKSH is a hydrophobic, surface treated micronized functional filler and extender. It is easily dispersed in a wide range of reactive solvent-based and 100% solids resin systems. It acts as a performance enhancer in a broad range of paints, coatings and inks.
  • It contains less than 0.1% crystalline silica, with no detectable free crystalline silica in the mineral complex.
  • It exhibits good performance in polyurethane, polyaspartic, polyester and silicone resin systems.
  • It is produced from nepheline syenite which is a naturally occurring sodium-potassium alumina silicate.
  • It provides washability, adhesion, weatherability, optical clarity and tensile strength by compatibilizing mineral surface with the host binder systems and reactive chemistry.
  • MINEX® ST OV100 10 enhances chemical-, stain- and abrasion resistance, color retention in tint systems.
  • It offers similar optics, handling, gloss, and color acceptance.
  • It delivers improved dispersion and higher loading capacity, enabling cost savings and reduced VOC content.
  • It is recommended for specialty architectural, industrial maintenance, general industrial, floor, powder, wood, aerospace and automotive coatings.
  • This product is available only in the USA.
