DEGAROUTE® 660 distributed by DKSH is a quick setting methacrylate resin. It acts as a binder in the preparation of cold spray plastic compounds, applicable through various methods. It has a mild smell and is a low viscosity, low odor permanently elastic grade, processed without plasticizers.
- It is permanently elastic and exhibits color fast and abrasion proof properties.
- It is very economical and resistant to de-icing salt, fuels, ageing & weathering.
- When applied on concrete road surfaces, it requires a primer (such as B71), with coating thickness ranging from 0.3-1.0 mm.
- It is designed for temperatures between 5°C and 60°C and is suitable for both cold and warm climate conditions.
- It is used in durable cold plastic road markings and crossings.
- It has a shelf life of 12 months at 25°C and 6 months at 30°C.
