Coapur™ 6050

Coapur™ 6050 distributed by DKSH is a HEUR associative polyurethane thickener. It allows fine rheological adjustment of flat or semi gloss paints. It is characterized by its thickening efficiency at low shear rate, is the logical complement to Coapur™ 3025.

• It is ready to use, highly compatible, easy to handle, and allows for post-addition.
• During storage, it maintains antisettling, viscosity stability, a good in-can appearance and syneresis resistance.
• In application, it offers excellent sag resistance, sprayability, brushability, and rollability.
• The resulting film provides water resistance, anticorrosion, chemical resistance, and a high gloss finish.
• Additionally, it is APEO-free, heavy metal-free, solvent-free, and resistant to bacteria.
• Coapur™ 6050 is used in architectural coating, graphic arts, industrial coatings, textile and leather coating.
• Recommended dosage level is 0.2-2% of dry product of total weight of formulation.
• It has a shelf life of 1 year.
