Deuteron® -Wax PP/2 by Deuteron is a micronized polypropylene wax. Shows an evident resistance to settlement. Additionally it retards the settling of pigments as well as fillers and assists in their redispersion. Imparts very good buff resistance and slip properties. If used either alone or with silica, it produces a durable semi-gloss finish. Can be used in all solvent-based lacquer systems, printing inks as well air-drying and stoving. Deuteron® -Wax PP/2 is also used in powder coatings.
Dosage: 0.5 - 5.0 % (on coating system) depending upon binder, appli-cation and properties which are required.
