Deuteron® MM 823

Supplied byDeuteron- Last Updated on Jun 26, 2025

Non-thermoplastic PTFE modified micronized plastic. Imparts high abrasion resistance and resistance to metal marking. Scratch resistance will be improved. Imparts good blocking stability. Increased dosage interferes with the coatings gloss. Generally spoils wetting when the product is used in water. Under certain conditions the use of the product in aqueous coating systems is possible. Typical wetting properties of the used binder combined with favorable viscosity can result in good dispersibility of DEUTERON MM 823 even in aqueous systems. Dosage: The dosage depends mainly on the present system and the required surface. For initial laboratory tests a dosage between 1,0 and 3,0 % is recommended.
