Span™ 83 by Croda acts as a non-ionic surfactant, W/O emulsifier & O/W co-emulsifier, wetting and dispersing agent in non-polar liquids. It is an easy to handle, low foaming, bio-based sorbitan sesquioleate designed for decorative & industrial paints and coatings. Offers good environmental & health profile, highly efficient emulsification and allows high loading of pigments/ fillers. Suitable for acrylic/ vinylic/ UV, epoxy, natural oils, waxes, esters, polyesters and polyurethane. Span™ 83 complies with REACH regulation.
