Automotive Kromax™ Splendor White AK-909K-OP by CQV is a synthetic mica-based pearlescent pigment with the appearance of brilliant white, free-flowing powder. It is a blend of synthetic fluorphlogopite (57-67 wt%), silane (0-2 wt%), tin oxide (1-3 wt%) and titanium dioxide (29-39 wt%). It exhibits excellent color strength and high color purity. It provides high weathering resistance by surface treatment. It is easy to disperse and offers excellent interference chroma and sparkling effect. It shows better compatibility with water-borne resin. Automotive Kromax™ Splendor White AK-909K-OP is used in automotive coating, automotive refinish paints and exterior coatings. It complies with REACH and RoHs regulations.
