Genapol® B by Clariant is a non-ionic wetting-, dispersing agent and compatibilizer. It improves tinting strength, gloss, reduces rub-out and enhances leveling. It is 100% active, has low VOC, APEO-, solvent-, preservative- and label-free product. It has good adhesion on metals (e.g. zinc) in solvent-based systems (low PVC) and has no impact at the characteristics of the paint gloss.
  • It is suitable for acrylic binder in waterborne system and alkyd binder in solventborne system.
  • It is suitable for use in waterborne high PVC paints, as well as in waterborne and solvent-borne low PVC lacquers and decorative/architectural paints.
  • Recommended dosage level is 1.0-1.5% in paint systems.
  • Genapol® B has a shelf life of 2 years.
  • It is Ecolabel certified.
