Emulsogen® TS 100 by Clariant acts as a nonionic wetting agent and compatibilizer. It helps to reduce the grinding time by faster deagglomeration of TiO2 and fillers. It is low VOC, APEO-, solvent-, preservative- and label-free grade.
  • It prevents rub-out effects, increases tinting strength, provides excellent freeze-thaw stability, and shows no side effects on wet-scrub or gloss.
  • It improves wetting of the coated surface, offers excellent adhesion on metal, reduces water absorption, and causes no foaming during paint application.
  • It is suitable for acrylic binder, PU and epoxy in waterborne systems and alkyd binder in solventborne system.
  • It reduces haze, shows no side effects on yellowing or blocking, and has no impact on surface drying or overpaintability performance.
  • Recommended dosage level is 0.24%.
  • It is suitable for tinted water- and solventborne deco paints, low PVC lacquers and waterborne coatings.
  • Emulsogen® TS 100 has a shelf life of 730 days.
  • It is Ecolabel-certified.
