Dispersogen® PL 30 by Clariant is a nonionic, low VOC polymeric dispersing agent for water-based pigment preparations, suitable for organic pigments and specialty carbon blacks. It also acts as wetting agent and compatibilizer in waterborne high PVC paints as well as in waterborne and solvent-borne low PVC lacquers.
  • It is free from hazard labels, preservatives and alkylphenol ethoxylates.
  • It exhibits high pigment concentration and low foaming characteristics.
  • Dispersogen® PL 30 is used in decorative paints and recommended for use in concentrates for in-plant tinting.
  • Recommended dosage level is 10-40% in organic pigments, 0.5-1.0% in emulsion paints, 1.0-1.5% in acrylic lacquers and 0.25-0.5% in alkyd lacquers.
  • It has a shelf life of 730 days.
