Supplied byClariant- Last Updated on Sep 23, 2025

Ceridust® 1060 by Clariant is a micronized polar modified wax based on renewable resource. It offers effective matting, slip and scratch resistance properties in coating applications, smooth surface touch in wood coatings. It is based on non-food competing crude rice bran wax and can be used for water-based and solvent-based formulations. In powder coatings, it acts as processing aid and provides excellent pigment dispersion and improved surface protection. Furthermore, degassing is enhanced especially in low-temperature curing systems. Ceridust® 1060 offers improved flow properties and easy dispersibility for aqueous systems. Other applications include industrial coatings, inks and agriculture applications such as seed & fertilizer coatings. Minimum shelf life is 2 years from the date of shipping when properly stored.
