Chromalene® DR 3539D

Chromalene® DR 3539D by Cheng Feng Pigments is a pearlescent pigment composition using double refraction of certain inorganic pigments with particle size of 5 to 25 µm. It has silk or flannel like appearance. It is prepared for imparting diffractive nature in simulating pearly effect for producing optical reflectivity as metals. It offers light fastness, heat resistance, acid and alkali resistance. It exhibits insulative and easy to disperse and non-migratory characters. Chromalene® DR 3539D is used in paints and inks. Its recommended concentration in paints is 1-10% when spray, dipping or electrostatic imprints are used and higher concentration of about 2-10% in powder coating. Its recommended dosage is 10 to 20% by weight in inks.
