Vinyl acetate-butyl acrylate copolymer emulsion. Exhibits high molecular weight, hardness and flexibility. Offers excellent toughness, water resistance, scrub resistance, durability, high-quality color & touch-up properties, and excellent color development. Provides good mechanical stability, high gloss, stable reaction to borax, tint retention and minimal chalking with the proper pigmentation. Produces clear paint films that withstand the normal expansion/contraction cycle without cracking or flaking. Recommended for interior-flat, semigloss paints and latex based exterior paints. Also, used for properly primed wood surfaces, aged masonry and other alkaline surfaces.
