Cardolite® NX-8101 by Cardolite is a phenalkamine. Acts as an epoxy curing agent based on latest modified CNSL waterborne technology. It is supplied in water, cost effective and is completely solvent-free. Exhibits excellent corrosion protection and adhesion over dry, damp concrete & to various substrates. Provides fast cure and hardness development even at 10°C/80% RH. It is compatible with standard liquid epoxy and solid epoxy dispersions. It does not demand emulsifiers and is easily reducible in water in epoxy systems. Cardolite® NX-8101 is suitable for industrial & anticorrosion coatings, epoxy primers and self-levelers for concrete floors. Recommended dosage level for metal primer is 105-130 phr and for self-levellers (highly filled with various particle sizes) is 120-142 phr.
